The UAE President addressed the nation by promising a fulgent future for its citizens & residents. He also focused on national priorities, strength & empowerment.
In a Wednesday speech broadcast on national TV and radio, the UAE President addressed the country, both citizens and residents, defining national priorities and what the UAE intends to achieve in the following decades.
The UAE’s future is outlined in His Highness the President’s speech. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan emphasized the UAE’s strategic approach to achieving its long-term goals.
This speech comes two months after Sheikh Mohamed was elected President of the UAE, succeeding his late brother Sheikh Khalifa on May 13.
The UAE president stated he’s doing what Zayed and the founders desired. In his remarks, His Highness mentioned Zayed, the founders, and Khalifa.
Sheikh Mohamed: “The late Sheikh Zayed built firm foundations for this nation, and today we will redouble our effort to retain the UAE’s status and elevate its achievements.”
In his remarks, he honored the late Sheikh Khalifa and Founding Father Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, who established a legacy of giving and building a strong state.
The President vowed to continue the Founding Fathers’ march toward development and prosperity.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed’s speech to the people and residents promotes participation in policies and future measures.
He said the country focuses on empowering the people. He works hard to make citizens happy.
“Citizen empowerment has been and will be the nation’s top goal and the foundation of our programs,” Sheikh Mohamed added.
The President remarked, “Ensuring our people have everything they need to live fulfilled, comfortable, and happy lives is the bedrock of our future plans.”
The president praised loyal Emiratis. He added that the UAE’s people are most important.
“Dear brothers, we are lucky to have a nation of people who, before and after the Union, have demonstrated their determination to face great problems. Sheikh Mohamed said, “We’re infinitely proud of our people.”
“UAE and its people are our first priority. “We have enormous hope in God and trust in a good future for our nation, our people, and the route ahead,” he stated.
Mr. President remarked, “One of our future plans’ main strategic focuses is to further diversify our economy. In order to continue creating a world-class economy, economic development activities must be accelerated.”
We will also keep strengthening our country’s status as a trustworthy energy supplier and promote global energy security as a key factor in the expansion and advancement of the world economy.
The UAE will continue to support others, promote knowledge and unity for the benefit of humanity, and promote stability and peace in our region and around the world.
The development of the UAE’s economic future is supported, among other things, by human resources, the private sector, and renewable energy.
The president emphasized the importance of and strength of the nation’s human resources.
“The UAE has accomplished a tremendous deal of extraordinary things, especially for a young nation. Our goals, however, are much higher, so we must keep working to surpass our present level of achievement, remarked His Highness Sheikh Mohamed.
The economy of the United Arab Emirates is booming and is expanding at a remarkable rate. “We are fortunate to have a variety of resources, but none more so than our highly skilled human capital.
The United Arab Emirates is home to an exceptional pool of youthful talent. More than 200 different nationalities are also actively contributing to the expansion and development of our economy, according to Sheikh Mohamed.
His Majesty The country’s priorities, according to Sheikh Mohamed, also include enhancing human capacity in science and technology and advancing its advancement for the good of society and all sectors of the economy.
He stressed that it is the nation’s duty to ensure the youth have a bright future, and doing so relies on the work and dedication we put in today.
The president strengthened the economy by thanking the private sector as well.
He emphasized how crucial the private sector is to boosting and diversifying the country’s economy.
“Today’s modern, sustainable, and interconnected ecosystem in the UAE serves as an example for people in the surrounding area and around the globe. Thanks to the efforts of our people and those who have decided to call the UAE home, we’ll see to it that it keeps growing, he assured.
The President also discussed the beneficial contribution that foreigners have made to the growth of the nation. In addition, he said, “we profoundly appreciate the valuable role of our citizens who view this nation as their second home, and their ongoing contributions in establishing and expanding the UAE since its Union.
Sheikh Mohammed emphasized that we would uphold the independence and safety of the UAE as a fundamental value and will not stand for anything that can jeopardize them.
In order to advance and thrive, the President added, “We extend our hands of friendship to all countries that share our ideals of peaceful coexistence and mutual respect.”
Sheikh Mohamed stated in the next chapter that the UAE would strengthen its standing by forging strategic alliances with diverse nations.
In the spirit of the late Sheikh Zayed, we will continue to give assistance to communities in need all over the world, regardless of race or religion, in an effort to strengthen our position among the world’s leading nations.
The Emirates’ desire for friendship and alliances with nations committed to peace and prosperity is a red line for them, and their sovereignty is one of those values.
The UAE will keep up its efforts to promote international cooperation and encourage civil and respectful debate in order to bring about prosperity and security for all.
