‘Seven’ will also mark the start of the singer’s “official solo activities”, the label mentioned, asking fans to extend their support for his digital single and several other activities in the pipeline. Nevertheless, K-pop enthusiasts are still unclear on the reason behind the naming.
But they do know that ‘seven’ is an important number for the group. BTS comprises seven members, with RM as the leader and the second-oldest member. The other six are: Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook – in order by age.
Although ‘Seven’ will be the long-awaited official solo debut of the mangnae (youngest member), Jungkook has already released multiple solo songs through the years, including ‘Still With You’, ‘Left and Right’ with Charlie Puth, and ‘Dreamers’ for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
