Stephen Curry says that golf is the hardest sport
The Warriors guard expressed his love for golf and discussed why he believes the game is so challenging to master in an interview with the PGA Tour. He noted that even the best golfers of today can attest to the fact that even with their status, there appears to be a higher level that they can reach.
“I believe that it is possibly the most difficult sport to perfect….” According to Bleacher Report, Curry stated, “I have a lot of amazing memories, and a lot of them include playing golf.”
The opinion of Stephen Curry, who is widely regarded as one of the best basketball players not just in the NBA but also across the globe, carries with it a certain amount of authority because of his status. If one of the best players in the world thinks that golf is exceptionally tough to get good at, then there must be some aspect of the game that makes it particularly difficult to excel at it.
It’s possible that this is also the reason why a number of other players, in addition to the star of the Warriors, enjoy the game of golf. Who could possibly forget Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, Josh Allen, and Patrick Mahomes competing in “The Match” the year before?
Curry is clearly demonstrating that this is not the case, despite the fact that the sport of golf has received a lot of criticism in the past, with many arguing that golfers are not athletes.
