This is especially significant since Abraham Accords agreement between UAE and Israel two years ago was a sign of embarkment of peaceful harmony and alliance between both countries.

Rabbi Levi wants to continue his work of building Jewish community in UAE from his home in Abu Dhabi. His father, Rabbi Sholom Duchman, is the director of Colel Chabad, a charity that was founded in 1788. It is the oldest operating charity and largest food security organisation in Israel.

Rabbi Sholom lauds the UAE’s significant role in assuring tolerance and regional harmony in the land. “The UAE is the epitome of hospitality,” he said. “We all feel more than at home, it is remarkable. To have a special day with this wonderful couple is significant itself, but to know they have been able to build a home and a life in this country makes it an even bigger celebration.”
