Red One:
Blockbuster stars Chris Evans and Dwayne Johnson collaborate in the action packed comedy “Red One”. In the Jake Kasdan directed film, Johnson plays the leader of E.L.F. (Enforcement, Logistics and Fortification or sometimes known as “Extremely Large and Formidable”) who joins forces with Evans to save the abducted Santa Claus! A talking bear, tremendous battle scenes and lots of humorous conversation are all to be expected. This ridiculous holiday escapade is currently showing in theaters.

The Best Christmas Pageant Ever:
The wonderful version of Barbara Robinson’s now classic Christmas novel is “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever”. The locals are not happy when the Herdman siblings who are renowned for their lying, stealing and bullying manage to get the main parts in the local church’s Christmas performance. The film which was directed by Dallas Jenkins who is most recognized for his work on “The Chosen” is a heartwarming reminder that everyone is eligible for God’s grace and presents a novel interpretation of the Christmas tale. “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” is currently showing in theaters.

To Have and To Holiday:
One of Hallmark’s signature whimsical Christmas romances is “To Have and To Holiday”. Pastor Mark, Celeste’s father and the couple’s officiant puts newly engaged Celeste and Jason through a difficult pre-wedding “boot camp” of Christmas themed duties which causes their path to the altar to take an unexpected turn. Couples and Christmas fans both will be enthralled by this endearing film which stars Madeleine Arthur, Robert Bazzocchi and Eric Close. In “To Have and To Holiday,” a recently engaged couple discovers that their path to marriage takes a surprising turn. Right now, Peacock is streaming this movie and the Hallmark Channel is showing it.

Christmas Eve in Miller’s Point:
A family is getting ready for what might be their last Christmas in their ancestral house in the endearing dramedy “Christmas Eve in Miller’s Point”. The grownup’s sincere attempts to make this Christmas one to remember are broken up by the teen’s pranks which cause a little problems along the way. The film which was directed by Tyler Taormina features a remarkable group of upcoming actors such as Francesca Scorsese (“We Are Who We Are”), Gregg Turkington (“Ant-Man”), Elsie Fisher (“Eighth Grade”), Michael Cera (“Barbie”) and Sawyer Spielberg (“Masters of the Air”). This film will be available for viewing on AMC+ on December 6 and it offers a blend of humor, heart and nostalgia.

Three Wiser Men and a Boy:
Five years after the events of Hallmark’s 2022 blockbuster, “Three Wise Men and a Baby,” the Brenner brothers return for another memorable Christmas in “Three Wiser Men and a Boy”. When the director resigns, Luke is determined to fulfill his son’s ambition of performing on stage and enlists the aid of his brothers to execute a school holiday musical. This film which stars Paul Campbell, Tyler Hynes, Andrew Walker and Margaret Colin is sure to make both young and old laugh. Currently available for streaming on Peacock and the Hallmark Channel.
