President-elect Donald Trump is going to take oath and enter the White House very soon. Trump has officially released the schedule for the 2025 inaugural celebrations. This four-day event includes a MAGA rally, fireworks, inaugural balls, and a ceremonial service.

Highlights of Inauguration Weekend
The inauguration will begin on Saturday, January 18, and conclude with the official swearing-in ceremony of Donald Trump on Monday, January 20.

Saturday, January 18:
- The celebrations begin with a President’s Reception at Trump National Golf Club, followed by a fireworks display to kick off the festivities.
- That evening, Trump’s cabinet nominees will attend a Cabinet Reception and a Vice President’s Dinner.
Sunday, January 19:
- Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance will visit Arlington National Cemetery for a wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
- Later, Trump will host a MAGA “Victory Rally” at Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., where he will deliver a keynote address.
- The evening will end with a candlelight dinner with donors and supporters.
Monday, January 20 – Inauguration Day:
- The day will begin with a service at St. John’s Church in Lafayette Square, followed by tea at the White House.
- At noon, Trump will be sworn in as the 47th President of the United States, and JD Vance will take the oath of office as Vice President.
- A presidential parade will march down Pennsylvania Avenue from the U.S. Capitol to the White House, featuring a review of the troops.
- The day will culminate with three inaugural balls: The Commander in Chief Ball, Liberty Inaugural Ball, and Starlight Ball, where President Trump is expected to give speeches at all three events.
Tuesday, January 21:
- The final event of the inauguration will be the National Prayer Service at the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C., bringing a spiritual close to the historic occasion.
The Inauguration Theme is Uniting America
The theme will be uniting the country through President Trump’s America First agenda. Co-chairs Steve Witkoff and Kelly Loeffler expressed that the celebrations will reflect historic return of Donald Trump to the White House.
Witkoff and Loeffler said in a press conference, “We are dedicated to bringing the country together under the strength, security, and opportunity that the America First agenda represents”.
