Why Pay More? Ford Rolls Out Huge Discounts Amid Tariff Hikes
Ford is taking a different approach to recent tariffs imposed by former President Donald Trump. While other car companies are considering price hikes, Ford is lowering costs by offering employee pricing to everyone.
Until June 2, anyone can buy most Ford and Lincoln vehicles at the same discounted rate usually reserved for Ford employees. If you purchase or lease an electric vehicle, you’ll also get a free home charger and installation—this deal is available until June 30.

To promote this offer, Ford has launched a new campaign called “From America, For America.” It highlights Ford’s commitment to building vehicles in the U.S. and employing more American workers than any other automaker.

The discounts can make a big difference. For example, a Ford F-150 XLT PowerBoost, which normally costs $65,000, would be available for $55,000 under this plan.
However, not all vehicles are included. The 2025 Expedition, Super Duty trucks, Raptor models, Bronco Stroppe Edition, and specialty Mustangs like the Dark Horse and GTD are excluded. Some commercial and fleet vehicles are also not part of the deal. All Lincoln models qualify, except for the 2025 Navigator.
Ford says it can offer these discounts because it has plenty of vehicles in stock. “With so much uncertainty in the market, we want to provide stability for customers,” said Rob Kaffl, Ford’s director of U.S. sales.
By making its vehicles more affordable, Ford is not just helping customers save money—it’s also reinforcing its commitment to American workers and manufacturing.
