The two-screen design opens up some fun camera tricks. There’s a 48MP Dual Fusion camera system, and because the outer screen can double as a viewfinder, you can frame a shot using the main cameras even for a “selfie.” Apple also rolled out some Duo-specific features: Smart Take, Duo Preview, and Duo FaceTime, all built around having two screens to work with. On the video side, it shoots 4K at 120fps in Dolby Vision using the 48MP main camera.

The Price Tag Matches the Ambition

Powering all this is Apple’s new A20 Pro chip, paired with a dual-battery setup and a thermal system built to keep performance steady during heavier tasks like gaming or on-device AI work. Unsurprisingly, this isn’t priced like a typical iPhone. It starts at $1,999 in the US, and ₹2,99,900 in India, where pre-orders kick off October 16 ahead of an October 23 launch.
