Some users are also turning off photo-related features like Memories Suggestions, People Recognition, and Location Tagging to lessen background processing. Others are resetting system settings to clear cached machine learning data. Several users have found this helps stabilize battery performance. While these fixes are temporary, they seem to reduce overheating and significantly improve standby battery life. 

Overheating Concerns Are Growing
