The ongoing conflict in the Middle East is causing serious worries about tourism in countries like Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, and others in the region. An Israeli airstrike in Syria on December 16 has added to global concerns about safety.
Tourism is a major part of the economy for many Middle Eastern countries but because of growing war and crisis in the region travelers are not willing to visit the region. Egypt a Middle Eastern nation which is known for its ancient landmarks is now fears of violence. Because of this violence travellers are not visiting to the nations. Similar condition is in Jordan and other Middle Eastern countries. Previous year Jordan economy faced a fall because of less tourism. In 2019 tour and travel created the 13 percent in economy.But now the Hotel bookings are down, airlines have fewer travelers!
