UAE Ranks Among Top 10 Countries for Next-Gen Opportunities

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is now ranked seventh in the 2025 Henley Opportunity Index for world’s top 10 countries whose migration programme offers the best opportunities for the next generation.  The high ranking is because the UAE does well in job prospects, earning potential and economic mobility.

With a total opportunity score of 67%, the UAE has surpassed Austria, New Zealand, Italy, Hong Kong, Latvia, Malta, Hungary, Greece and Portugal.

Switzerland leads the ranking of top investment migration schemes for accessing possibilities with an overall score of 84% followed by Singapore, the United States, Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Golden Visa Program: A Catalyst for Growth

One of the main reasons in the UAE is the Golden Visa program. It lets investors, business owners, scientists and great students live there for a long time. This has brought in all sorts of talented people which has helped the economy in many ways.

For example, thousands of investors and property buyers have received a 10 year Golden Visa since its inception in 2019. Many wealthy people from around the world have made the UAE their home by purchasing houses worth more than Dh2 million which qualifies them for the 10 year residence policy.

Global Recognition and Future Prospects:

The Henley Opportunity Index looks at countries based on six things – how much you can earn, getting ahead in your job, job chances, good education, how easy it is to move up in society and how nice it is to live there. The UAE does really well in all of these categories. So, it’s up there with the best countries in the world for offering the best opportunities.

Dubai and Abu Dhabi are becoming important spots for rich people’s investment area so there are lots of new jobs opening up in these two main places.

The UAE  has not only brought in talent from all over but has also proven that it’s a great place to have a long and rewarding career. The country is focused on giving amazing opportunities to young people.
