The United Arab Emirates and the United States have signed a new agreement to strengthen customs cooperation between both the nations. This agreement was made during President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed’s official visit to the US.
This deal between the US and UAE aims to improve the collaboration of these two different nations on sectors of economic, trade, and customs matters by focusing on the exchange of expertise and information between the two countries.
According to the official website of WAM, The agreement was signed on behalf of the UAE by Ali Mohammed Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security, and Troy A Miller, Acting Commissioner of US Customs and Border Protection.
