Netflix has officially announced the future of Cyberpunk Edgerunners Season 2 development, as the sequel of the product takes fans back to Night City. Studio Trigger and CD PROJEKT RED once again got together to provide another powerful episode of such a cyberpunk saga, and this episode is going to be even more engaging and emotionally gripping.

The Cyberpunk Edgerunners season 2 is going to include a new creative concept thanks to the input of new director Kai Ikarashi. As a replacement for Hiroyuki Imaishi, the director of the original series, Ikarashi presents his unique vision through such recent works as SSSS.Gridman to such an awaited sequel.
