Ukraine Strikes Russian Airbase with U.S. ATACMS Missiles: Rising Tensions in the Region

According to many emerging reports, Ukraine has launched six U.S.-provided ATACMS missiles against Russia. These missiles hit the Taganrog Airbase in southern Russia. This act by Ukraine can enhance the ongoing conflict. The Russian Ministry of Defense has announced plans for a “retaliatory strike” in response to the attack.
