UAE Helps the US and Russia Exchange Prisoners in Abu Dhabi

The United Arab Emirates offered their service to bring a prisoner exchange between the US and Russia to a successful completion. The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs disclosed that its officials executed the transfer of one US citizen and one Russian citizen at their Abu Dhabi facilities. Representatives of the United States and Russia took part in the exchange operations.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs appreciated that the United States and Russia chose the UAE as their preferred location for prisoner exchange. The UAE’s decision to organize the prisoner exchange in Abu Dhabi reflects the excellent ties both nations share with the United Arab Emirates.
