The City of Cascavel witnesses unstable weather and experts expect a storm!

The sudden shifts of warm and cool air masses has created an unstable atmosphere and in particular the city of Cascavel which is located in Parana, Brazil has been affected with this weather predominantly. An intense rainfall, gusty winds are expected to cause a localized flood in the low-lying areas. Around 7.6mm of precipitation is observed and 97% of rainfall is expected in the upcoming days. The residents of the Cascavel have been instructed to prepare themselves and stay at the safest place during the passage of this strong storm. 

“The supply of moisture combined with the action of a meteorological trough in an elongated area of low pressure are the main factors that should favor the occurrence of occasional intense rain” meteorological department.
