raising cane florida expansion new locations december 2025
Raising Cane’s, the US-based popular chicken-finger chain, is in the news again due to its rapid growth that is gaining pace across the United States. The brand will keep expanding its efforts to roll out its renowned chicken-finger meals to other cities, with two new restaurant openings planned in Florida at the beginning of December. The December opening count will have 14 overall openings around the country and will solidify the growth of Raising Cane’s as one of the fastest-developing companies in the fast-casual food sector. Starting in Orlando and continuing to Pensacola, devotees of the crispy chicken and Cane sauce offered in the restaurant will not lack new places to frequent. This is a breakdown of everything that is coming next.
In its national growth strategy, Raising Cane’s will formally open two new restaurants in Orlando in December. The openings are an extension of the 26 locations that are already in operation in Florida, and this is an indication of the increasing popularity of the brand in the Sunshine State.
| City | Address | Opening Date |
| Orlando | 8718 International Drive | December 2 |
| Orlando | 12025 Collegiate Way | December 9 |
In addition to these two, there are additional Raising Cane’s locations that are being labeled as coming soon, and this is an indicator of further expansion in the state of Florida. These include:
Gainesville – 3433 SW Archer Road
Ocala – 2410 SW College Road
Orlando – 625 N Alafaya Trail
Kissimmee – 1200 W Osceola Parkway
Miami – 2600 SW 22nd Street
The same will be followed in Pensacola, where permission was given to tear down the old Red Lobster at Cordova Mall to open in the new location.
Raising Cane’s is also opening 13 new restaurants in the U.S. in December, in addition to the new ones in Florida. These include cities in:
California: Canoga Park, Redding, and Universal City.
Georgia: Cumming
Illinois: Peoria
Indiana: Indianapolis
Iowa: Sioux City
Maryland: College Park
Massachusetts: Worcester
Nevada: Las Vegas
New Jersey: Edison
Tennessee: Memphis
This nationwide drive is an extension of the upward momentum of this brand. This year alone, Jacksonville has been host to its first Northeast Florida store and attracted close to 400 patrons on opening day, again indicating increasing demand in Raising Cane’s.
The company started in 1996 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, as a business plan that got a low rating, but now it is one of the favorites in the country. The philosophy of Raising Cane is that of “ONE LOVE”; that is, serving quality chicken-finger meals and serving them better than any other.
The menu is also deliberately small with chicken finger combos, Texas toast, Cane sauce, crinkle cut fries, coleslaw, and party-size Tailgates of 100 chicken fingers or less. The name of this restaurant is named after the Labrador retriever of the founder Cane.
By October, it had 915 outlets around the country.
It has 26 or more to be launched soon.
It only offers meals based on chicken fingers- their “One Love” mission.
It is not about raising Cain, but it is named after the dog belonging to founder Todd Graves.
