UAE’s 51st National Day: Things you should know about the country

The 51st National Day and Commemoration Day of the UAE will be observed on December 1 and 2, and Sharjah Museums Authority (SMA) has offered free admission to all of its museums on both days. The strategy aims to save AED 700 billion by 2050 and increase the share of clean energy in the total energy mix from 25% to 50%. It also aims to reduce the carbon footprint of power generation by 70%. Additionally, it aims to improve corporate and individual consumption efficiency by 40%.

The late H. H. Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan was the first President of the United Arab Emirates and was regarded as its founding father. He held this position from the 2 December 1971 founding of the UAE until his death in 2004. From 1966 to 2004, he also presided as ruler of the emirate of Abu Dhabi. He made sure that every UAE resident contributed to the overall achievement of the country. His foresight helped the UAE become the second-largest economy in the GCC after Saudi Arabia, the third-largest in the Middle East, and the most significant financial and economic hub in the region, according to numerous prominent international assessments.
