After being sworn as President of America for the second term Donald Trump vowed to bring a “golden age” to the United States. His inauguration speech was similar to his campaign themes, which were focused on immigration, the economy, and government reform.

Trump started his speech with the promise to start a new era. He promised the U.S. would “flourish and be respected again” globally. Trump showed his strong belief on “America First” agenda.

Trump talked about the attempt to attack against him during a 2024 rally in Pennsylvania. He called his survival a divine intervention. “I was saved by God to make America great again.”
He indicated that this was an attempt as part of to block his return to the White House ,“The American people have spoken.”
Trump also highlighted his plan economic and energy agenda. He used term “national energy emergency” and slogans of, “Drill, baby, drill.”
Trump proposed renaming the Gulf of Mexico the Gulf of America and restoring the name Mount McKinley for Denali. He also showed interest in controlling the Panama Canal, saying, “We’re taking it back.”
