Among them are a number of high-profile women who, by their talent and success in a variety of industries ranging from fashion, cosmetics, and entertainment to food and beverage, real estate, and finance, have won the admiration of even established business executives. At the age of 26, the “brown-haired nightingale,” as her fans refer to her after the title of her most famous song, launched her own company, MT Entertainment. In the same year, the singer launched My Time, the first local celebrity-owned perfume and shower gel line.
After that, she opened Nightingale, a building in District 3 of Ho Chi Minh City that includes a shop selling her namesake fashion designs, a Japanese-styled cafe, and a teahouse. Actress Ky launched Lynk Group in 2007, a company that specializes in real estate and investment, jewelry and fashion, media and entertainment, and charity and social issues.
She is Vietnam’s first authorized tourist ambassador. She also opened the Lynk Luxury Gallery, which sells high-end jewelry and clothes by Alexis Mabille, Alberta Ferretti, Georges Hobeika, Toni Maticevski, and Pankaj & Nidhi, as well as fashion by De Grisogono, Paolo Piovan, Crivelli Gioielli, and Staurino Fratelli.
Model-turned-singer Ho Ngoc Ha, dubbed the “Kylie Jenner of Vietnam,” created M. O. I Cosmetics, the first Vietnamese cosmetics brand, in 2017 with her own lipstick line, Hongocha’s Secret.
All of the company’s products are created to international standards in South Korea, which has aided in the company’s rapid expansion, with revenue in 2019 exceeding 84 billion dong (about US$3.6 million), according to 24h.com.vn.

Mai Phuong Thuy rose to prominence as a beauty queen, winning Miss Vietnam 2006 in 2006.
