The trailer of the much awaited final season dropped on Wednesday with multiple Taylor Swift songs splashing emotions on haywire and Belly and Jeremiah deciding to get married! 

The drama we never saw coming as characters are confronted, fists thrown and finally Belly walking down the aisle to whom? Here’s everything that is known about the final season and the drama set to unfold. 

Jenny Han’s bestselling book series adapted into a coming – of – age drama ‘The Summer I Turned Pretty’ is one of the most streamed shows on Amazon Prime. The story follows the love triangle of Isabel ‘Belly’ Conklin (Lola Tung) and the Fisher brothers, Conrad (Christopher Briney) and Jeremiah (Gavin Casalegno).

While the rollercoaster series for the past 2 seasons had Belly paired up with both Conrad and Jeremiah with devastating heartbreaks and fatal losses, season 3 takes off from Belly choosing Jeremiah over Conrad and is finally moving on from a depression after Susannah’s death. Although Belly and Jeremiah united after a rough patch for finding Conrad and saving the house, not all is well between the couple it seems. 

Jenny Han, the author and one of the show runners told ET, “A successful love triangle is one where, no matter what happens, people are going to be devastated and heartbroken. Because if the answer feels really clear and easy, then there’s no real conflict. No matter what you do, someone’s going to be hurt by it.”

All eyes are on the final season of ‘The Summer I Turned Pretty’ as Belly is in a dilemma from saying, “First loves are important, but they’re not as important as lasts” and also assuring Jeremiah who says, “I see the way he looks at you” to which she replies, “This is you and me”. 

The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3 Release Date

Amazon Prime is all set for the release season 3 of ‘The Summer I Turned Pretty’ and while the episodes of the first season dropped all at once, the makers will be releasing weekly episodes like Season 2. 

First episode of ‘The Summer I Turned Pretty’ will be premiering on 16 July 2025.
