Starfield delay 2023 release date and more

A new release date for the vast, galaxy-spanning sci-fi role-playing game Starfield, which borrows gameplay and structure from The Elder Scrolls, was revealed by Bethesda Softworks. The initial launch date for Starfield, scheduled for November 11, 2022, was revealed in 2018. Later, it was postponed until the first half of 2023. Starfield will now be available on September 6.

Starfield, which has a mute protagonist and first-person conversations, is heavily influenced by Bethesda’s own Elder Scrolls. Also, there are more than 100 star systems to discover and more than 1,000 planets to look through, giving the game a vast scope akin to that of No Man’s Sky or Elite: Dangerous.

“We have poured ourselves into this game, and even I’m shocked how much we can pour,” says game director Todd Howard in the launch date announcement video. “It is big,”

On June 11, there will be a Starfield Direct display when more details about the game will be revealed. During this showcase, gamers can find out more about the universe, story, and characters they will meet while playing. We still have so much to show you, Howard says. This game has many characteristics that you would anticipate from us, but it also offers a really distinctive experience.

We know you’ve been waiting a long time to play something fresh from us, he continues. Unbelievably, we resemble each other somewhat. It is missed. We eagerly await your participation in it. During debut, Starfield will be playable on Windows PC and Xbox Series X, and it will be added to Game Pass the same day.
