Exhibition “Paris 1925: Art Deco and Its Architects” Opens at Cité de l’Architecture

On October 22, 2025, and March 29, 2026, the centenary of the 1925 Exposition Internationale des Arts Décoratifs exhibition will be celebrated at Cité de l’Architecture et du Patrimoine (Trocadero entrance). This interactive performance restores memorable pavilions through virtual designs, historical photographs, sketches, and drawings, and it highlights such architects as Auguste Perret, Le Corbusier, Henri Sauvage, and Robert Mallet-Stevens. There is a 200m 2 gallery which discusses Art Deco gardens, modernist inventions, and the connection between nature and architecture. Adults and reduced-price tickets are available at a cost of 13 and 10 respectively; the tours last between 1.5 and 2 hours and are open to all ages. The entire revival of the Paris shows in 1925 is matched with Complements Musique des Arts Decoratives.
