Ivana Trump’s death was ruled to have been caused by “blunt impact injuries” to the torso, according to the findings released by the medical examiner in New York City on Friday.
Ivana Trump, a businesswoman who lived in New York City, passed away on Thursday at the age of 73. She was the mother of Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump, and Eric Trump, all of whom were reared in the Trump family.
On Thursday, the New York Police Department announced that there “does not appear to be any criminality” associated to her passing away. At approximately 12:40 p.m. Eastern Time, officers received a complaint about a “aided individual” and located a “73-year-old female unconscious and unresponsive.” This information is according to a statement released by the police.
The New York City Fire Department stated that it responded to a report of a someone suffering a cardiac attack at the residence. The timing and location of this response matched the area that the New York City Police Department identified with Trump. According to the fire department, the person was already deceased when they arrived.
According to the police, emergency medical services confirmed Trump’s death at the site.
Ivana Trump, who was brought up in the communist Czechoslovakia, collaborated with her husband Donald Trump on a number of the latter’s most successful real estate endeavors. The couple separated in 1992 when he was caught having an affair that was reported in the tabloids with Marla Maples, who would go on to become Donald Trump’s second wife and the mother of their daughter Tiffany.
After the divorce, Ivana Trump continued her jet-setting and globe-trotting lifestyle while going through two more marriages and getting divorced each time.

On Thursday, her children paid tribute to their mother’s wit, humor, and drive in the corporate world.
Ivanka Trump wrote on her Twitter account that she was “heartbroken by the passing of her mother,” adding that “She lived life to the fullest — never forgoing an opportunity to laugh and dance. I will miss her forever and will keep her memory alive in our hearts always.”
