Fast Fashion Takes Heavy Toll on Environment, Particularly in Richer Nations

Fast fashion has grown in popularity in recent years, with customers continually looking for new styles at low rates. However, the growth of rapid fashion has come with a high environmental cost, especially in affluent countries.

According to a recent research, wealthy countries bear a disproportionate share of the environmental harm caused by quick fashion, despite the fact that the bulk of fast fashion is manufactured in poor countries.
