Elon Musk Sells X to xAI – What’s Next?

Elon Musk said on Friday that his artificial intelligence startup xAI is buying his social networking platform X in a deal that valued the company. xAI is buying X in a deal worth $33 billion. This big news is making headlines again!

On his big move, Elon Musk said that this deal will help in bringing AI and social media together. X has over 600 million users, and now it will work closely with xAI. Musk said, “This will help us build a platform that improves human progress”.

Musk bought Twitter in 2022 for $44 billion. Later, he launched xAI and created an AI chatbot called Grok. The latest version, Grok 3, is competing with ChatGPT and other AI tools.

Musk once worked with Sam Altman, the CEO of OpenAI, but now they are rivals. OpenAI became famous after launching ChatGPT, which changed the AI industry.

With this new deal, Musk is betting big on AI. He wants to make X more than just a social media platform—he wants it to shape the future of technology.

What do you think about this move? Will it change the way we use social media?
