The Cannes Film Festival 2023, the 76th edition of the film festival, officially started on May 16. The 76th annual Cannes Film Festival will run until 27 May 2023 Palace of Festivals and Congresses of Cannes in France.

The opening film of Cannes 2023 was Jeanne du Barry starring Johnny Depp. The closing film of Cannes 2023 is Elemental, which will be screened on 27 May.
