George Jaques’ coming of age comedy ‘Sunny Dancer’ will have ‘The Last of Us’ star Bella Ramsey leading the bunch of young actors with filming underway in Scotland, reports Variety Exclusive. The camp movie is under production and has sold out in Europe and Latin America already.
The First Look poster of the ‘Sunny Dancer’ has been outed by Embankment Films and Night Train Media on Tuesday. Bella Ramsey has been sought after for several projects now involved in George Jaques’ sophomore film and is seen with her fellow campers screaming at the top of her lungs.
The rest of the cast includes Earl Cave, Daniel Quinn -Toye, Conrad Khan, Ruby Stokes and fresh faced Jasmine Elcock who are the central characters, a bunch of kids in a summer camp. Bella Ramsey plays the character Ivy who is reluctant to go to the summer camp for people affected by Cancer. Ivy is all of teenage skepticism and remission of thoughts on the camp as ‘Chemo Camp’ describing it as ‘Cringe’ and ‘Icky’.

What you’ll see in-camera is a reflection of authentic friendship.”
