Now Scotland is ready for a leadership change, the SNP will have to deal with internal divisions and external pressures to regain stability. The new face who will come after Yousaf will have to deal with many challenges, including ongoing legal issues. Apart from legal issues Forming coalitions will be in challenging part in shaping Scotland’s political future.

A Throwback of Yusuf’s Tenure in Scotland:

In his short tenure as First Minister Yusuf faced various challenges from political complexities to public opinions. To advance the SNP’s agenda, and advocate a new independence referendum Yousuf struggled to maintain consensus within the party and the wider political landscape.
