To enable Amex GBT, Amadeus will supply technological solutions
The strategic long-term technology partnership between American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) and Amadeus has been renewed in order to handle the opportunities and challenges of the developing business travel industry. The arrangement will use Amadeus’ technical skills to assist create an enhanced, high-quality customer experience and operational efficiency, further strengthening Amex GBT’s globally renowned B2B travel platform.

Through the Amex marketplace, Amex GBT will provide clients with the most comprehensive selection of material—including content from NDC sources—by utilising the Amadeus Travel Platform.
