Sean Baker is the Director of the movie Anora. It is a modern take on the classic rom-com Pretty Woman but with a darker twist. The film follows a New York sex worker, played by Mikey Madison, who falls in love with Vanya, the son of a Russian oligarch (Mark Eydelshteyn). Their whirlwind romance leads to a quick marriage in Las Vegas. However, their happiness is soon disrupted when Vanya’s wealthy and powerful parents get involved.
