Netflix To Bring Back Our Childhood Memories With Live-Action Adaptation of ‘Captain Planet and the Planeteers’

Netflix has added many nostalgic cartoon series which we all enjoyed as a 90s and early 2k kids. Now, they are diving deep with the decision of making a live-action reboot of ‘Captain Planet and the Planeteers’. Along with their production Hollywood stars Leonardo di Caprio and Greg Berlanti will produce this series. Earlier rumour hinted that it is going to be a movie but now its assured that it is going to be a full-blown series written Mrs. Davis and co-creator Tara Hernandez.

The spilled beans about this upcoming live-action is that the five Planeteers will battle against the modern day scenarios like climate change, activism and global unity as the center stage. And they would summon the elemental hero to fight back the environmental villains. Fans are satisfied and their expectations are widened as the creative team looks fresh who are backed by the giant streaming platform like Netflix
