Musk Challenges SEC Over Neuralink Probe, Criticizes Gensler in Heated Exchange

The Tesla and SpaceX CEO has resumed his feud with the SEC after years of mutual hostility; this time, he has questioned the agency’s investigation of Neuralink, his neurotechnology startup. In a rebellious post on X (formerly Twitter), Musk attached a letter from his lawyer, Alex Spiro, in response to the agency’s 48-hour deadline to give a financial settlement or face legal action over the Twitter takeover.

The post is by the billionaire entrepreneur who leads Tesla and SpaceX, and this was – ‘Oh Gary, how could you do this to me?’ message to SEC Chair Gary Gensler, accompanied by a smiley face drooling out of one eye as though soaking in water.

This clash comes after the 2018 legal battle over Musk’s Tesla-related tweets, which cost him $20 million.
