Raja Easa Al Gurg is the most powerful businesswoman in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). She is the Vice Chairperson of Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group, a conglomerate in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It consists of 27 companies.

She is also one of the world’s 100 most powerful women. She is also president of the Dubai Business Women Council.

Renuka Jagtiani is the second most powerful businesswoman in the MENA region. She is the chairwoman and CEO of Landmark Group, a multinational consumer conglomerate in Dubai. She was also featured on Forbes’ 2020 list of the world’s most powerful women.

Hana Al Rostamani

Hana Al Rostamani is the third most powerful businesswoman in the Middle East. She was named Group CEO of First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in January 2021.
