Raja Easa Al Gurg

Raja Easa Al Gurg is the most powerful businesswoman in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). She is the Vice Chairperson of Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group, a conglomerate in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It consists of 27 companies.

She is also one of the world’s 100 most powerful women. She is also president of the Dubai Business Women Council.

Renuka Jagtiani

Renuka Jagtiani is the second most powerful businesswoman in the MENA region. She is the chairwoman and CEO of Landmark Group, a multinational consumer conglomerate in Dubai. She was also featured on Forbes’ 2020 list of the world’s most powerful women.

Hana Al Rostamani

Hana Al Rostamani is the third most powerful businesswoman in the Middle East. She was named Group CEO of First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in January 2021. Earlier, she served as FAB’s deputy CEO and Group head of personal banking. She also served as an independent director at Emirates Integrated Telecommunication.

Sarah Al Suhaimi

Sarah Al Suhaimi is on the fourth position in the list of most powerful businesswomen in the MENA region. She is the first Saudi woman to chair the Saudi Arabian stock exchange, the largest stock market in the Middle East.

Maryam Al Suwaidi

Maryam Al Suwaidi is the fifth most powerful businesswoman in the Middle East. She is the CEO of The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA). She is the first woman to hold this position.

Hutham Olayan

Hutham Olayan is the chairperson of the Olayan Group, a multinational enterprise. She is a former director of IBM. She is also Trustee Emeritus of the American University of Beirut and a member of AUB’s International Advisory Council. She is the sixth most powerful businesswoman in the Middle East.

Randa Muhammad Sadik

Randa Muhammad Sadik is the seventh most powerful businesswoman in the MENA region. She is the CEO of the Arab Bank. She joined Arab Bank in July 2010 as Deputy Chief Executive Officer. She has 36 years of experience in Banking.

Nezha Hayat is the Chairperson & CEO of Morocco’s Capital Market Authority. She is a member of the Board of The Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) and a member of the Coordination and Systemic Risk Monitoring Committee (CCRS).

Shaikha Khaled Al Bahar

Shaikha Khaled Al Bahar is the tenth most powerful businesswoman in the Middle East. She is the Deputy Group CEO of the National Bank of Kuwait Group.
