Zelenskyy said in his speech “speak for themselves.” He also indicated that actions like these are not announced in advance. This change in policy of US came after a long time. Previously Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy had been urging U.S. to let Ukraine use American weapons to strike Russian.
