The United States President on his Truth social post said that both India and Pakistan have agreed to a Ceasefire after 4 days of constant firing. The post is now making waves across the Internet amid India’s strong stance that said any future act of terror from Pakistan will be considered as an ‘Act of War’.

Donald Trump’s Truth Social post read, “After a long night of talks mediated by the United States, I am pleased to announce that India and Pakistan have agreed to a FULL AND IMMEDIATE CEASEFIRE. Congratulations to both Countries on using Common Sense and Great Intelligence. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”.

Pakistan was invading the Indian territorial borders till the midnight of 9 May in Srinagar, Punjab and other places which was fatal for the lives of civilians. While Indian Armed forces have neutralised 300- 400 drones that were launched inside the nation midnight as said in the press briefing led by Foreign Secretary Vikrant Misri.

“Over the past 48 hours, @VP Vance and I have engaged with senior Indian and Pakistani officials, including Prime Ministers Narendra Modi and Shehbaz Sharif, External Affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, Chief of Army Staff Asim Munir, and National Security Advisors Ajit Doval and Asim Malik”, said United States State Secretary, Marco Rubio.

Amid tense and difficult situations between the two nations, Donald Trump’s statement comes in as a sliver of hope with several debates over the way it is presented could bloom on the internet further.
