drishyam 3 mohanlal announces cast crew details
One of actor Mohanlal’s iconic and beloved roles ‘Georgekutty’ is back with the announcement of ‘Drishyam 3’. The makers and the actor announced the news with a small video of the infamous climax closeup on Saturday, giving fans a reason to be excited about the franchise growing.
Mohanlal who is signed up with multiple projects in 2025 and 2026 will be shooting for the ‘Drishyam 3’ movie alongside its Hindi version starring Ajay Devgn from October 2025. Taking to the X platform, Aashirvad Cinemas, the production house and Mohanlal shared the news with a video captioned, “October 2025 — the camera turns back to Georgekutty. The past never stays silent. #Drishyam3”.
The actor back in February initially announced the Third instalment of the film with a photo of Director Jeethu Joseph, Producer Anthony Perumbavoor and himself. Now the makers have announced that both the Malayalam and the Hindi version will be filmed simultaneously from October 2025.
For the Malayalam and Hindi version, the original cast are expected to be returning with Mohanlal, Meena, Esther Anil and Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran, Ishita Dutta, Tabu and others.
