airelles venezia confirms 2026 opening
The French luxury brand Airelles Venezia, which is the first international project, confirms that it will debut in early 2026 on the Giudecca island in Venice. It combines French style and Venetian heritage as it changes the historic Bauer Palladio location into a palace hotel with its own gardens and a lagoon. The opening, originally planned in late 2025, will now be scheduled in March or April 2026, and the renovation of buildings dating back to the sixteenth century will be done with great care.
Airelles Venezia will be the 9th non-French property of the group, following such legends as Versailles and Courchevel. It is presented by CEO Anne-Laure Ollagnon as a landmark moment, nurturing exemplary experiences within such landmarks as the Belmond Hotel Cipriani.
The hotel has three reconstructed palaces, huge gardens, and intimate services in a peaceful environment. The delay done through Virtuoso listings is updated with priority on architectural integrity and contemporary luxury.
Occupying the former Bauer Palladio, Airelles Venezia revives historic canals with refined hospitality. Star chefs enhance its dining appeal, positioning it as a top luxury destination.
