us attack iran nuclear sites escalates war crisis
Tehran vows to fight back after Three of their nuclear sites were nuked by US attack on Saturday and the US president raising change in the Iran regime, escalates the ongoing crisis. The tension in the Middle East is boiling high as the war between Iran and Israel gets worse with US siding with Israel.
Post the attack on Saturday that targeted and ‘completely’ destroyed three nuclear sites in Isfahan, Natanz and Fordow. Akbar Sadehi, an aide to the governor of Isfahan, state agency IRNA confirmed the attacks and said that many residents have, “witnessed attacks near the nuclear centres of Isfahan and Natanz”.
While Iran’s state TV deviated from Trump’s claim of “very successful attack on the three Nuclear sites in Iran” as the reports said, “Islamic Republic had evacuated the three nuclear sites some time ago”.
Donald Trump on his Truth Social account shared a post suggesting a ‘Regime Change’ in Iran, further heating the crisis of war in the Middle East, a full blown affair of violence unfortunately affecting the civilian lives too.
Trump’s post read, “It’s not politically correct to use the term, “Regime Change,” but if the current Iranian Regime is unable to MAKE IRAN GREAT AGAIN, why wouldn’t there be a Regime change??? MIGA!!!”.
While MAGA – Make America Great Again is currently being criticised and torn by the majority of the people in America, the US president’s suggestion of the same to Iran, in such a vulnerable war climate is now headlining global news.
In an order to retaliate to the US attack and remarks on ‘Regime Change’, the Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei promises to punish “the Zionist enemy” in his first comments after the US joined Israel’s attacks on his country, reports Al Jazeera.
The Iranian parliament has also reportedly approved the closing of ‘Strait of Hormuz’, a crucial geographical point for oil trade, considered as the gateway of oil transportation. About one fifth of the world’ oil trade passes through the point which has now been approved for restriction by the Iranian parliament.
The final decision will be taken by the Supreme National Security Council, Iran’s highest security authority.
