Trump Warned of Iran Assassination Threats, Campaign Says

According to today’s revelations by Trump campaign team, Trump has been informed about threats by Iran to assassinate him by the US intelligence. This is following the newest instances of attacking Trump and concerns made over the interference in the election.

Campaign: As usual there are no details regarding the threats given to the public. They argued that Iran wants to create a stir in the US by assassinating Trump. Iran has not responded to such accusations yet, but they have unanimously refuted similar accusations in the past.

Trump tweets that Iran is threatening him ‘big time’. He said Iran attempted to do it in the past but was not successful; Iran could attempt it again. He even thanked Congress for providing more money to safeguard him.

His team has said that they have escalated in the last few months. They said that police are defending Trump and making sure that the election is fair and above board.

This news comes after Trump shamelessly dodged an assassination attempt that otherwise would have befallen him well on July 13. He was offended and one man was shot in a rally in Pennsylvania. Today, we are still in the dark regarding what informed the enemy and forced him to go on the attack.

After that attack, media reports suggested they already knew about the Iranian plan to threaten the president. Iran denied the credibility of these statements.

On September 15, an armed man was spotted near Trump’s golf course in Florida. One Secret Service agent fired his weapon at the man when Trump was out on the playing field. A man identified as Ryan Wesley Routh has been arrested for an attempted assassination of a presidential candidate.

Iran had nothing to do with either of these events.

Last month, Trump’s campaign alleged some of the private messages of their campaign team were ‘hacked’. Some believe it was Iran that did it.

Also early this year, the US charged an Iranian man who was accused of plotting to assassinate Bolton who once served Trump. They claimed that the man attempted to lure people with 300,000 US dollars to do it. This was supposed to be retaliation for the killing of an Iranian military officer.

Despite the extreme nature of these threats, the US government and law enforcement officials are addressing the issue to shield Trump and the election.
