Flames reached Tesla’s office! According to reports, the fire broke out in the Tesla battery storage section of the plant. Residents of nearby areas are being advised to take immediate precautions, as there is a risk of air pollution due to the burning of home batteries, residents have been warned and advised to keep windows closed, wear masks, and take safety measures.

The Monterey County Fire Department has issued evacuation orders for several zones around the Tesla plant.
