Are you one of them who loved Ted Lasso? So, here is some good news for you, the hit comedy series will return for a fourth season very soon.
On Friday Apple TV+ announced that new episodes will arrive in 2026. However, not all the familiar faces will be back. Phil Dunster (Jamie Tartt) and Toheeb Jimoh (Sam Obisanya) will not return. Jimoh’s character left for the Nigerian national team in Season 3, and he recently joined HBO’s series Industry.
Jason Sudeikis who plays Ted Lasso and is also an executive producer shared his excitement. He hinted that Season 4 will focus on AFC Richmond learning to take risks and trust the journey.
The show first premiered in 2020 providing much-needed laughs during the pandemic. It became a massive hit and secured 13 Emmy Awards out of 61 nominations.
