During the hearing, Trump said inappropriate words in the courtroom several times, after which during the break time, Judge Juan Marchan warned Trump’s lawyer. He warned that any indecent comment from Donald Trump will not be tolerated inside the court.

This was not the first time that Judge Marchen had threatened to send Trump to jail. A day earlier, he had asked Trump not to violate an order barring him from publicly discussing potential witnesses.

According to a transcript, Merchan told attorney Todd Blanche (lawyer of Trump)-  “I understand that your client is upset at this point, but he is cursing audibly, and he is shaking his head visually and that’s contemptuous.”

“It has the potential to intimidate the witness and the jury can see that.” He continued.
