On 21 May Singapore Airlines witnessed severe turbulence because of which the passengers had to suffer a lot. Now what exactly is flight turbulence? On 21 May 2024, Tuesday Singapore Airlines flight SQ321 which was flying from London to Singapore witnessed severe flight turbulence. In this turbulence, one person died and some of the other passengers were injured.
Due to a sudden altitude drop, the flight threw passengers and other objects around. Due to this turbulence, the flight had to make an emergency landing in Bangkok, Thailand.
Severe turbulence was also experienced by The Boeing 777-300ER. The flight was flying over Irrawaddy Basin, Myanmar which resulted in the sudden drop in the pressure.
Turbulence is a situation where the flight moves or bumps suddenly due to various factors like weather, mountains, and jet streams. During the flight turbulence passengers and crew witness strong and quick movements in the flight. These sudden movements can harm the body causing imbalance and change in the position.
