Ryan Gosling, Not an Astronaut has to save the Earth in the ‘Project Hail Mary’ – Thrilling Trailer Here

Who doesn’t like a well plotted Science Fiction that has the audaciously talented Ryan Gosling playing the lead saving the earth with a Harry Styles masterpiece in the background? That’s how the makers of ‘Project Hail Mary’ have impressed the viewers with their out of the world trailer that was released on Monday, 30 June.

Academy Award Nominee Ryan Gosling joins Academy Award Winners Phil Lord and Christopher Miller for the upcoming Sci-Fi film ‘Project Hail Mary’, a quirky, interesting and hauntingly loved story of a science teacher saving the entire planet, unwillingly at first.

Based on the 2021 bestseller novel by Andy Weir, the movie is a picturesque showcase of a dystopian setting where the Sun is dying along with all the other stars nearby losing their nature, except for one that is 11.9 light years away from the Earth. The reason for the star to not have been infected by the common anomaly is a mystery that is to be found by Ryland Grace.

The trailer, starts in the non- linear narrative of how Ryland Grace wakes up and finds himself in space only gets brief recollections of his memories before his coma. His recollection of who he was, his task in hand and all his nostalgia puts him in the spot to be an astronaut and find a way to save all life back on Earth.

‘Project Hail Mary’ will have Ryan Gosling, Sandra Hüller, Milana Vayntrub, Lionel Boyce, Ken Leung as the primary cast. Drew Goddard has penned the screenplay of the movie, his previous space plot in ‘Martian’ by Ridley Scott. Amazon MGM studios are producing the film with a release date set on 20 March 2026.
