Richland Library has announced an exciting new event in the city: the Read Freely Fest. It is a book festival coming to downtown Columbia next spring! Set for March 28-30 at the Richland Library Main (1431 Assembly Street), this free festival will bring together readers, writers, and book lovers of all ages for a celebration of storytelling.
