Breaking News: OpenAI Introduces ChatGPT-GPT-4o , A Faster And Free AI Model

There was a big announcement from OpenAI on Monday. OpenAI announced a desktop version of its bot ChatGPT- GPT-4o. It is a major movement in the tech and AI industry. It is the fastest and most powerful model to date.

GPT-4o (‘o’ is short for omni) is the new flagship OpenAI model, usurping GPT-4 and GPT-4 Turbo.

In a livestream event, OpenAI researchers presented how the latest audio capabilities empower users to engage in real-time conversations with ChatGPT and they can use text/visuals too.

These advancements allow users to seamlessly interrupt ChatGPIT while speaking, mimicking the fluidity of natural dialogue and presenting new challenges for AI voice assistants.

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman said, “It feels like AI from the movies … Talking to a computer has never felt natural for me; now it does.”

The competition for OpenAI is increasing and this new development in the model will increase the reach of OpenAI.

ChatGPT amazed the world with its ability to produce human-like written content and top-notch software code.

Researchers of OpenAI showed the new Voice assistant capabilities of ChatGPT at a live Steam event.

The event of OpenAI was based on science. During the representation, ChatGPT and researchers were good mood. The OpenAI researcher told the chatbot he was in a great mood because he was  presenting “how useful and amazing you are.”

ChatGPT responded: “Oh stop it! You’re making me blush!”

Mira Murati the OpenAI’s chief technology officer said that The AI new model will be offered for free as it is more cost-effective than the previous models.

But paid users of GPT-4o will get a higher capacity limit than the company’s free users. The company said the GPT-4o model will be available in ChatGPT in the next few weeks.

During the talk with Reuters, Mira Murati said that ChatGPT users now can access a “browse” feature to learn more information on the web.

ChatGPT was launched in 2022, with its monthly active users exceeding 100 million, according to SimilarWeb. The worldwide traffic of this website was at its peak in May 2023, now after the new model of ChatGPT we will see a new achievement.
