niko hulkenberg first podium after 239 races closest wins list
The weekend at Silverstone became a wholesome race as Niko Hülkenberg registered his first Podium win ever after racing 239 starts. The world of motorsports is competitive and majorly depends on the car and the athlete’s association and understanding of the car. While many athletes have found their home with a certain team and bringing constant podium wins and championships, it is rare for a rookie or even someone as experienced as Hülkenberg to finally step up on the podium.
Silverstone had Lando Norris of McLaren standing on P1 while his co-seat Oscar Piastri and the legendary Niko Hülkenberg at P3. The emotional win was celebrated by F1 fans around the world. Silverstone while creating a record also lost an iconic streak of Lewis Hamilton who has never lost a podium win in his home circuit, something Ferrari fans have worried about earlier in the weekend.
