Messi will be joining the Indian sports stars like Sourav Ganguly, Bhaichung Bhutia, and Leander Paes. Durga Puja will be celebrated by a 25-foot mural in the city, Messi, the biggest statue, and a tea festival, a tribute to his passion, Argentine yerba mate, mixed with Assam tea. In Mumbai on December 14, Messi will participate in the Messi Mumbai Padel Cup at Brabourne Stadium.
